Do you secretly hate the way you look? Do you look in the mirror and despise the woman looking back at you? Do you believe men don’t find you attractive?
So many women struggle with self-image problems it’s untrue. I hear it all the time, and it really makes me sad. I don’t care whether you’re overweight, whether you’re short, whether you’re breasts hang by your knees, whatever, YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL!
And when you’re out and men check you out, even for a second, that’s exactly what they’re telling you too. If a man checks you out, it’s because he finds you attractive as you are. Let me tell you something, when men see a woman we like the look of, we don’t think to ourselves, “Wow she’s hot. She just needs a nose job and breast implants and she’d be amazing.”
It’s not how you look that’s the problem, it’s the way you FEEL about yourself that’s holding you back.
Men don’t think like that. When we see you we think, “Hey, she’s hot.”
Some of the women that email me saying they feel unattractive, and think men don’t want to date them, actually send me photos sometimes. Most the time, these women are beautiful. It’s not how you look that’s the problem, it’s the way you FEEL about yourself that’s holding you back.
This is where self-love comes in. You have to learn to see yourself the way others see you. You have to learn to embrace yourself as you are, and you have to realize men like you exactly the way you are. Trust me, I’m sure you’re not a 600 pound bearded lady, with an extra leg, BUT if you were, I bet there’s a group of men out there who LOVE that kind of look.
