Using a spatula, insert it into the lipstick, going all the way to the bottom of the tube.
Pull the spatula out along with some lipstick
Spread lipstick into empty well, cleaning up edges after. (Wipe off spatula in between lipsticks to not mix colors)
Instructions on how to transfer lipsticks that are new
Lipsticks that are not down to the nub can be easily sliced off with spatula
Place lipstick tip into empty well and mash down with spatula
Repeat steps for each well
If you like the texture of the lipstick in your palette to be smooth, pop the now full palette in the microwave for approximately 5-10 secs. This will melt the lipsticks down, once it cools down, the lipstick will solidify and be a smooth texture. Although you may not want to do this as it can disturb the consistency of the lipstick, having a smooth texture may be better for you personally.
