Celebrity colorist Debi Dumas is one of the most sought-after experts in the industry today. Her signature style blends multiple hues and tones to create soft, natural, “sexy couture” color. Named one of the top colorists in Los Angeles by Allure magazine, Debi specializes in using free-hand balayage and traditional foiling techniques.
