A longstanding belief is getting in the way of you moving forward with a situation. It served you once, but the credo has outstayed its credibility.

You win now, but will it cost later? Weigh the consequences before committing to the action. Everything has to be reviewed in terms of the bigger picture nowadays.

Don’t believe everything you hear – especially when it’s meant to throw you off the scent. Follow your nose for facts.

You’re feeling defensive. A superior’s feeling put-upon. This doesn’t make for the best combination. Agree to reconvene after the 23rd.

You see how associates are restless for change, but you also know how fickle their mood can be. Stay the course and they’ll settle down.

The past always looks inviting when on the verge of making major progress. Trust in what you put in motion.

The more you try to force a fit, the more circumstances prove resistant. Quit while you’re ahead. Even if the fit’s right, the timing’s off.

Things may look like they’re falling apart. Actually they’re realigning themselves so that they form a more stable and coherent foundation.

Don’t try to be all things to all people. You’ll come across as generic. Better to stand by what you believe – even if it bucks the trend.
(Feb. 18 – March 19):
A colleague pleads for another chance. This person’s been given plenty and still hasn’t come through. Cut ties.
