Daily horoscopes: July 17, 2015

ARIES.

(March 20 – April 19):

One person says things are off while the other insists they’re still on. Who do you believe? Nobody until after the 27th.

TAURUS.

(April 20 – May 20):

It may be prudent to let an agreement expire. The fact that you haven’t heard from the other party shows that you are both thinking along similar lines.

GEMINI.

(May 21 – June 20):

You may be bracing yourself for something that won’t be that bad. A fiasco isn’t as dreadful as you suppose.

CANCER.

(June 21 – July 21):

You don’t react well to a betrayal of trust, but find another way to deal with it. Freezing people out across the board is counterproductive.

LEO.

(July 22 – Aug. 22):

Not being able to turn to your support system is hard, but this teaches you to make your own decisions. This could prove to be an empowering experience.

VIRGO.

(Aug. 23 – Sept. 22):

You must explain to a friend why you have to break a promise. It won’t go over well, but it will be better than having avoided the topic all together.

LIBRA.

(Sept. 23 – Oct. 22):

Are you protecting someone who doesn’t deserve it? Ask what this person has done to merit your support. You may discover that it’s not much.

SCORPIO.

(Oct. 23 – Nov. 21):

Stop jumping through hoops because you have more to offer than most. Stand still long enough and you’ll get the recognition you deserve.

SAGITTARIUS.

(Nov. 22 – Dec. 20):

Every fiber of your being says “go for it”, but a reading of the planets counsels the opposite. Let developments unfold on their own.

CAPRICORN.

(Dec. 21 – Jan. 19):

Critics were right and you were wrong. Admit it and you will win heaps of support. You will also emerge from a thorny situation smelling like a rose.

AQUARIUS.

(Jan. 20 – Feb. 17):

Look to the future and forget about consequences. Problems solve themselves as you go. The danger is in clinging to a past that’s passé.

PISCES.

(Feb. 18 – March 19):

Thank heavens a friend’s common sense returns. You’d just about given up on trying to get this person to see reason.
