Daily horoscopes: August 16, 2017

ARIES.

(March 20 – April 19):

It’s amazing how refreshing time spent with loved ones can be.  Touch base with the reasons for why you do the things you do.

TAURUS.

(April 20 – May 20):

Being asked to pitch in couldn’t come at a worse time.  You’re feeling depleted.  However your goodwill gesture is worth its weight in gold.

GEMINI.

(May 21 – June 20):

Stop tinkering.  Pieces will naturally fit on their own.  But you won’t recognize this if you keep introducing outside elements into the mix.

CANCER.

(June 21 – July 21):

Careful or you’ll talk yourself out of the right course of action.  You’re too focused on contingency plans and losing track of easy access.

LEO.

(July 22 – Aug. 22):

Resolving a personal matter is as easy as an apology.  Your pride may sting, but your heart will sing at the prospect of tensions melting.

VIRGO.

(Aug. 23 – Sept. 22):

Rules are being changed last minute and it’s not ok.  Quote from the handbook chapter and verse.  This gets people to mind their p’s and q’s.

LIBRA.

(Sept. 23 – Oct. 22):

Good things come to you courtesy of the Jupiter/Venus square.  The only drawback is sharing the benefits.  Not bad considering what you get.

SCORPIO.

(Oct. 23 – Nov. 21):

Long accustomed to disappointment, it’s hard to wrap your mind around the idea of satisfaction. Go ahead and try.  It’s no sin to be happy.

SAGITTARIUS.

(Nov. 22 – Dec. 20):

When under siege (like you are nowadays), it’s best to fall back on bonhomie.  Putting people at ease beats pulling up the drawbridge.

CAPRICORN.

(Dec. 21 – Jan. 19):

You hate feeling like you have to keep someone’s interest.  This goes for the other person too.  Relax.  You’re both trying too hard.

AQUARIUS.

(Jan. 20 – Feb. 17):

Help is on the way, but will take time to arrive.  Hold tight and do the best you can.  You win karma points with each trial you endure.

PISCES.

(Feb. 18 – March 19):

Word reaches you that a misunderstanding is just that.  Life is still simpatico.  It takes more than crossed-wires to imperil a friendship.
