The expression goes “April showers bring May flowers,” but as someone who lives in California and has flowers all year long and rarely has rain, that expression doesn’t quite ring true to me. What April is sure to bring, in my opinion, is lots of events. April is the start of wedding season, baby shower season, graduation season and family reunion season.
