It doesn’t matter if others understand your point of view. What’s important is that you be at peace with your decision.
Don’t be too quick to call in a debt or favor. Given time the other party will deliver; s/he may even exceed expectations.
Your perfect system isn’t so perfect if it’s easily upset. Perhaps what’s needed is a little flexibility? It can’t hurt.
It’s dispiriting when people go along with a system they know doesn’t work. Point out the problem, but don’t try to stem the tide of lemmings.
You’re too focused on others’ business. Stick to your side of the fence. There are plenty of things that require your undivided attention.
Instead of harping on what’s wrong, talk about what’s right and how to make it better. People need encouragement now.
