Daily horoscopes: January 8, 2019

ARIES.

(March 20 – April 19):

You’re not going to bring people up to speed by telling them to hurry up. You need to slow down and help them out. They need a coach, not a hysteric.

TAURUS.

(April 20 – May 20):

Others play an enormous role in helping you to get what you want. It’s up to you to coordinate with them and not the other way around.

GEMINI.

(May 21 – June 20):

An authorization process continues to drag on.  Persevere.  You want to be the very spirit of cooperation now.

CANCER.

(June 21 – July 21):

You need to enlist a backer’s support even though this person is famous for dragging his heels. He’s the only one who can help you get from here to there.

LEO.

(July 22 – Aug. 22):

You shouldn’t feel embarrassed because someone is better informed on a certain topic. Read up on it.  People don’t learn when they think they know it all.

VIRGO.

(Aug. 23 – Sept. 22):

Let the storm play out before reminding co-workers of the rule they’re overlooking.  This settles the issue pronto.

LIBRA.

(Sept. 23 – Oct. 22):

Stand your ground because a recalcitrant type will soon see the error of his ways and step back in line.

SCORPIO.

(Oct. 23 – Nov. 21):

You need a mental change of scene.  Time spent meandering in a museum or even window shopping does a world of good.

SAGITTARIUS.

(Nov. 22 – Dec. 20):

A golden opportunity winds up in your lap.  So why didn’t anyone pounce sooner?  Believe it or not it had your name on it all along.

CAPRICORN.

(Dec. 21 – Jan. 19):

Do you need to find a better way to manage stress? It’s not the worst question to be asking now. Begin by taking yourself off the hook for being stressed out in the first place.

AQUARIUS.

(Jan. 20 – Feb. 17):

Watch it with the micromanaging tendencies today.  Don’t create more work for yourself (as well as everyone else) by turning into a backseat driver.

PISCES.

(Feb. 18 – March 19):

Your luck usually improves when things get tough.  Keep fumbling around for that hard to grasp solution and you’ll pull the proverbial rabbit out of the hat.
