About the divorce of President Trump’s new Communications Director, Anthony Scaramucci and his wife Deidre Ball. Ms. Ball allegedly left him because she’s very anti-Trump and couldn’t handle how ambitious her husband was in terms of getting into the Trump White House. I’ve made no bones about my opinions on Trump, so I’m not here to defend anyone in the administration. And I certainly don’t think Ms. Ball did anything wrong in ending her marriage. Should politics be a dating non-negotiable?

I know everyone’s saying this, but it’s true. So, I’ll say it, too. We are living in some of the most politically divided times ever. I haven’t been shy about where I stand on this divide. I was pro Hillary and will never feel comfortable with Trump as our leader. This isn’t about being a sore loser. It’s about what I truly feel is right for our country. Even just listening to myself, I can tell there’s a very real split in this country and I know that I’m a part of it. This divide it feels like it touches everything, not just politics. How to deal with conflicting politics in your relationship

If you don't know that it's election season, I'd like to know what rock you've been hiding beneath. For us non-rock people, we’re in the thick of primary season. It feels like there’s a primary or caucus every day at this point and a debate at least once a week. And don’t get me started on the social media posting from every single person I’ve ever Facebook friended. Those are coming in fast and furious. And while of course everyone’s entitled to their opinions and has a right to voice those opinions—that’s part of what makes this country so great—it can be draining to hear opinions you disagree with on a constant basis.
