You don’t have to make an all-or-nothing decision by yourself. You have a great circle of friends to turn to for support and insight.
You never considered yourself an expert but others do. Sometimes you don’t realize the wealth of your experience until asked to mine it.
You hoped a judgment would resolve matters, but it’s inconclusive. Meet with the other party. You may be able to settle this on your own.
A friend who’s already asked a lot now asks for more. Say no. It’s as much for your benefit as it is for his/hers.
