About Rozanne

Rozanne Stevens As a chef and cookery tutor who has taught over 10 000 students, I have first hand experience of how important food and cooking is in dating and relationships. I've had many a good looking male student flirt with me and ask me out on a date, mmmmmm. So don't underestimate how sexy and attractive a good cook can be! For both guys and girls, a man that can cook gets my vote for sure. Working as a personal chef for millionaires, I am hired to provide delicious and healthy meals so that they can be on top of their game, both personally and in their careers. Successful people know the value of being fit and healthy in order to achieve their goals. And everyone values wholesome home cooking and the homeliness of a welcoming, busy kitchen. Who wants an immaculate show kitchen with no festivity or fun? The kitchen is the heart of the home, think about it. When you're in the early stages of dating, making a romantic meal for your honey is a sure fire way to set your senses alight and set the scene for a sensual evening. That same effort and care is important throughout your relationship to keep the romantic flame burning, wind down from a stressful work day or simply to surprise your partner and make them feel special and loved. I have no doubt that my cooking skills (and meringue roulade) played a part in why my husband proposed to me. And not just because he enjoys good food, wine and travel and wanted a partner to share that with. He knew that I would put love and effort into preparing
tasty, wholesome meals for us and our future kids. It's not about just cookies and chocolate cake, it's about being a competent cook who can whip up delicious, healthy meals and the occasional decadent treat.

To keep it interesting, I like to use what I've branded the Ish Factor. It's like a sexy pair of red stilettos that adds pizazz to a little black dress. I draw inspiration from many global cuisines and then apply these ideas to good quality local produce and ingredients. By adding a few Ish Factor herbs, spices and flavours, you give a nod and wink to a world cuisine. A hint, rather than a complicated traditional recipe. So welcome to Greekish, Frenchish, Italianish, Thaiish and a whole lot more. A contemporary yet accessible way to cook memorable meals. So let the Ish Factor help you spice things up in the kitchen with a tastebud trip around the world.
