5 Ways getting healthy can majorly improve your love life

You all know that I’ve been on a health journey for years and years. I’m super active and a really clean eater. I also just recently started drinking tons of water. I’ve always known it’s important to stay hydrated and I wantedto drink lots of water, but I couldn’t do it. I’m just not a plain water girl. Then, I started using SweetLeaf. Like I said above, there’s a sex appeal about a healthy person that’s beyond just their physical look. But, let’s be honest – looks matter, too. A healthy body is way sexier than a body that’s not taken care of. Bottom line: Humans are just evolved animals. We’re biologically programmed to want to mate with another person who looks like they have good strong genes to pass on. So, why not get active, eat well, drink your water and make yourself as sexy as possible?

  1. Less stress

Stress sucks the fun out of everything, including dating and relationships. You’re not the best version of yourself when you’re stressed out. Exercise can help manage stress. Being active makes your body produce endorphins which are basically like a rainforest sound machine of relaxation for your brain. Exercising also helps you sleep better. A full night of sleep is the best thing you can do to minimize stress. Being less stressed will help literally every step of your love life – from meeting the right person to communicating better with your partner to being more present during sex – and living a healthy life gets you there.
