Or, at least, it’s up there with Valentine’s Day. There’s just so much build up, expectation and emotion tied to one night. I’m not sure about you guys, but my New Year’s Eves normally turn out to be big old busts. At least, the ones where I really try to glitz and glam it up. The best ones are when I’m home or somewhere else quiet with my very favorite people just being together. Still, I never learn my lesson and every few years or so, I’ll plan to make a real night of it.
