Daily horoscopes: February 7, 2017

ARIES.

(March 20 – April 19):

An unknown variable is introduced as Mercury enters Aquarius. This needn’t be bad. It may even be what assures you victory.

TAURUS.

(April 20 – May 20):

Are you trumpeting your accomplishments too much? It’s always better to let others do that for you. And given half a chance, they will.

GEMINI.

(May 21 – June 20):

It isn’t always easy to think in terms of the big picture, but keep an open mind and you’ll see how incongruous pieces actually fit together.

CANCER.

(June 21 – July 21):

A colleague or client encourages you to take a radical approach. Mull it over. Something’s got to change and a dramatic move could do the trick.

LEO.

(July 22 – Aug. 22):

Did you trade one hotbed of dysfunction for another? Allow time to adjust to the new crowd and you’ll see they’re not so bad.

VIRGO.

(Aug. 23 – Sept. 22):

Muzzle it for now because after the 22nd you’ll be in a position to serve that office bully his just desserts – along with a piece of humble pie.

LIBRA.

(Sept. 23 – Oct. 22):

A colleague you thought was spacey is turning out to be a player. His/her star is on the rise and you’d be wise to follow it.

SCORPIO.

(Oct. 23 – Nov. 21):

As you try to salvage a situation, be sure that everything you say remains neutral. People are feeling vulnerable and you don’t want to put them on the defensive.

SAGITTARIUS.

(Nov. 22 – Dec. 20):

Don’t let your hopes and wishes run away with you. Keep both feet on the ground and take things one step at a time.

CAPRICORN.

(Dec. 21 – Jan. 19):

Once again you’re asked to give your side of the story. The difference is you’ll be heard this time. You’ll see what comes from this later in the week.

AQUARIUS.

(Jan. 20 – Feb. 17):

You finally receive that piece of news you’ve been waiting for but keep it under your hat for now. It’s a trump card and you don’t want to play it too soon.

PISCES.

(Feb. 18 – March 19):

A loved one is in dire straits. Help her out, but also tell her what you think about the choices she’s making. She needs to know.
